Is there parking at the hotel?
Within walking distance from our hotel there are several parking garages (chargeable) and short-stay parking zones (free of charge at night) – please note the applicable fees. Depending on availability, you can use the parking spaces in front of the hotel (important – due to only a few parking spaces, we cannot guarantee parking spaces for our guests). For loading and unloading your luggage, you can use the area in front of the entrance gate.
How does the check-in work?
From 7:00 – 15:00 our staff will be on site to assist you with check-in. We ask you, if possible, to use the online check-in before arrival and submit your data. Before arrival, you will receive an e-mail with a 4-digit code, with which you can enter the lobby. The input pad for the code is located directly at the entrance door to the main entrance.
Can I have breakfast at the hotel?
In the adjacent building (20 m away) you will find our breakfast room, “Levy’s Breakfast & Hangout”. From 07:00 to 10:00 we offer you a delicious breakfast buffet with a varied selection.
What is the Hangout Area?
The breakfast room can be used from 14.00 – 23.00 o’clock for mobile work or for sitting together.
Are pets allowed?
We also love pets – however, they are not allowed in our city and business hotel. If you have any questions about this, feel free to write to us.
Is there an elevator?
Yes – there is an elevator in the stairwell of the side entrance.
